At Hyarchis we don’t sit still. In recent years, we have rapidly grown into one of the largest providers of KYC solutions for financial companies in the Netherlands. But we want more.
That is why, earlier this month, the leadership of Hyarchis met in our Vilnius office to map out our goals for 2025. What are those goals? We want to become the leading provider of KYC digital solutions for the financial sector. Not only in the Netherlands but also in the rest of Europe.
To achieve this, product development, innovation and customer experience must come together in an ambitious and scalable business plan, which also includes, among other things, the development of our own employees.
We were able to have good conversations about this in Vilnius for three days. Because despite Teams, Slack, Asana and all other technical tools, nothing beats being able to look your colleagues in the eye.
Under the inspiring leadership of our CEO Adriaan Hoogduijn, CCO Auke Dirkmaat and Chief Experience Officer Thomas van Zuijlen, and with valuable contributions from many others, we have defined our priorities for the coming months.
“What are our goals, how are we going to achieve them and how do we do this together as a team at Hyarchis. That is what we discussed during these great sessions,” says Auke. “The results will form the basis for our strategic decisions and investments in the coming years, where we want to continue to grow and expand our international presence.”
