Hyarchis and Accountancy Gemak joins forces to launch a cloud-based DocumentManager

published 2020-08-25

For many accounting firms, DocumentManager, the powerful document management solution by Accountancy Gemak and Hyarchis, is the central archive system and secure environment where all digital documents and correspondence from customers and the firm come together. Many Accountancy Gemak customers wanted to be able to use DocumentManager from the cloud, instead of having a locally installed version that always requires so much work to upgrade.

Michel Middelkoop, Accountancy Gemak`s Strategic Sales Director, explains: “To meet this demand, we teamed up with Hyarchis to develop a cloud-based version of DocumentManager with a modern interface, seamless integration with Microsoft Office 365 and Blurrify, which renders privacy-sensitive data unreadable. Aside from that, DocumentManager Cloud integrates fully with Accountancy Gemak’s Kantoor Gemak suite.”

Standard templates for simple, secure and compliant customer data processing

DocumentManager offers standard templates for various industries, including accounting and financial services, making customer data processing simple, secure and compliant and ensuring you comply with laws and regulations such as the GDPR.

DocumentManager Cloud: efficient collaboration on document and file management

Over the past month, three pilot clients were given the opportunity to try out this new cloud environment and the new web interface. The test was a success, and thanks to these joint efforts of the clients and both software partners, these three firms have now gone live with the new cloud-based software.

“A great milestone in the 10-year collaboration with Accountancy Gemak,” says Adriaan Hoogduijn, COO of Hyarchis.  “The aim is to transfer a total of 100 offices to this new cloud environment by 2020 with a modern interface and new options for collaborating efficiently on document and file management.”
