Mid-Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Development)

• The Compliance Manager, streamlines onboarding and continuously monitors clients, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and GDPR while adapting to your policies.


• The Document Manager, transitioning into an AI-powered solution that turns documents into live, queryable knowledge. Search with context, ask questions, and extract insights.


• The AI Platform, a composable workflow engine where you design how data moves and transforms through a series of AI-driven actions, from detection and redaction to ML models and LLM-powered reasoning.

We serve clients across banking, mortgages, pensions, and accountancy, including big names such as ABN AMRO, NIBC, BCMGlobal, De Hypotheker.

Your responsibilities

• Orchestrate multiple AI agents (e.g. Claude terminal-based workflows) to design, implement and test features


• Deliver production-ready features across backend (.NET) and frontend (React)


• Take full ownership of what you deliver – quality, security, performance, and reliability


• Work in small, autonomous teams (2–4 engineers) across different products


• Stay up-to-date with AI research and news, bring ideas and solutions to the table

In this role, most code will not be written manually – your impact comes from how effectively you leverage and guide AI systems.

What we’d expect from you

• Academic degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Experience using AI tools to build software (professionally or as a hobby)
• Solid back-end foundation (2+ years of programming with .NET or similar)
• Understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to work with diverse technologies
• Flexibility to changes – the industry is going through a transition and so are we
• Advantage: Experience with React / TypeScript
• Advantage: Familiarity with LLMs, MCPs, agent skills
• Advantage: Experience with Azure cloud
• Advantage: Experience integrating AI features into products
