  • For accounts of the type Bedrijf a new tab has been added called "UBO/Rep";
  • For accounts of the type Natuurlijk persoon the UBO/Rep tab will only appear when the person is marked as an UBO or Representative.

• New switch for UBO/Representative: Accounts and entities of the type "Natuurlijk Persoon" now have a switch to indicate if they are a UBO/Representative. This will be used later to display a tab where you can register companies for the UBO/Representative.

• Improved text display in PDFs to ensure proper wrapping and prevent text from extending beyond the margins.

• You can now perform background checks not only for accounts but also for relevant entities.

• You can now upgrade existing entities to accounts while retaining all previously registered information, avoiding double entries. Note: The option to upgrade entities to accounts is only available when no integration with a CRM system is present.

• Logging for comment fields in forms with status 'In Progress,' are now displayed correctly without unnecessary updates.

• Release notes are now available for all users of the Hyarchis Compliance Manager.
  • When new release notes are published, a red notification dot will appear in the top-right corner next to the account name.
  • By clicking on the account name, the Release Notes menu option will become visible.
  • Here, you can view the details of the latest updates, features, and changes. This way, you'll always stay informed about the latest developments!

• It is now possible to perform an ID check for entities:
  • Under Entities, the button Add entity has been added, allowing you to add an entity outside the group structure.
  • More details can now be recorded for entities beyond just the name. All entities are assigned the default status company, but this can be changed to natural person.
  • For natural persons, a digital identification can be performed via the Check tab after saving.
  • When creating a group structure, the buttons have been updated to Add as new person and Add as new company.

• The ID tab has been added for accounts of type 'Person.' All identification information can be registered either manually or automatically via DataChecker.
• A person's face and BSN number within the DataChecker report will be automatically blurred.
• The DataChecker report can be sent automatically to the Hyarchis Document Manager.

• Added ability to filter by 'Editor' in the form screens. The editor is the person who creates the form and is not changed if someone else answers questions. When the form is moved to the status 'Under review EVA', the editor is re-determined (the person who performs the action).

• Extension of email notifications for the following statuses:
  • Under further review (COM);
  • Under further review (RvB);
  • Reopening of forms;
  • Rejection of forms.
• The email notification for the assignment forms will now specify which assignment(s) it concerns.
